THE PERFECT BEEF CHEEK RECIPE
Serves 3-4 people
2 x beef cheeks (roughly 1kg)
800 mls beef stock
1 tsp onion powder
Small handful fresh rosemary
2 x garlic cloves finely chopped
Culleys charcoal rub
Tin foil
1/ Trim all silver skin off your beef cheeks
2/ Preheat oven to 150°c
3/ Rub your beef cheeks in the Culleys charcoal rub until it is fully covered
4/ Cook your beef cheeks in a dish for 1 ½ hours
5/ Remove beef cheek from oven and mix your beef stock, onion powder, fresh rosemary & garlic together and pour into dish, cover your dish with tin foil and cook for a further 3 hours
7/ Remove from oven and rest for 30 mins before removing tin foil
8/ Slice and serve your amazingly tasty beef cheek
